Called to check if the store was open on a holiday and when the guy answered the phone, I said hi I was just calling to see if you were open today and he said uhhh yup. Like I was stupid for asking if they were open today. I then asked when they close and he told me the time again not very pleasant. I don't like being spoken to like I'm unintelligent. Obviously I didn't say hey are you open when he answered because if they weren't nobody would answer. I just said I was calling to make sure before I traveled 30 minutes one way. I didn't end up going because of the experience on the phone. I like nice people not people who talk to me that way. I'll use other places now. Feedback: Not be rude on the phone to a customer asking a question. I was very unhappy with the way I was spoken to. He was not nice and he was rude and treated me like I was a fool. I didn't want to drive all the way there if it was closed. I had already called bond and nobody answered so I wanted to find a place for sure so I could get the parts I needed. I wish to be treated with respect when I'm calling somewhere to spend my money.
